These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://energeclinic.co.uk and all services offered by RKHO CONSULTANCY LTD t/a ENERGĒ Clinic.
By booking a service or accessing this website, you agree to these Terms.
- Services Provided
We offer:
- Integrative health assessments
- Gut–Brain Reset programmes
- Trauma-informed emotional and somatic sessions
- HRV/HeartMath coherence training
- Online and in-person sessions at ENERGĒ Clinic
These services are educational and wellbeing-focused.
- Not Medical or Psychological Treatment
You acknowledge that:
- We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
- We do not provide psychotherapy, psychiatry, or crisis intervention.
- Our services complement—not replace—medical or mental health care.
Always consult your GP or appropriate clinician for medical concerns.
- Booking & Payments
Bookings
Appointments may be booked online, by email, or directly.
Payments
We accept:
- Stripe
- BACS (bank transfer)
- Invoicing
All payments must be completed before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellations
Premium 72-Hour Cancellation Policy notice.
- Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
- No-shows are charged at the full appointment rate.
This protects the time and resources allocated for your appointment.
To protect the depth and quality of our work together, all appointments require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Because sessions involve dedicated preparation time and a reserved space in the clinic diary, cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice — or non-attendance — are charged at the full session fee.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In genuine emergencies, we may offer discretionary flexibility; however, this is not guaranteed and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
By booking a session with ENERGĒ Clinic, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
- Refunds
Refunds are offered case-by-case or not offered, depending on the nature of the service.
Programmes may not be refundable once started unless required by law.
- Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and health information
- Seek medical or psychological support when needed
- Participate responsibly in sessions
- Inform us of any changes relevant to your wellbeing
- Trauma-Informed Disclaimer
While our work may support emotional processing, somatic release, and nervous-system regulation:
- It is not psychotherapy.
- The practitioner is not acting as a clinical mental health provider.
- High-risk or crisis cases will be referred to appropriate services.
If you experience acute distress, please contact NHS 111, your GP, or emergency services.
- Confidentiality
All client information is confidential unless:
- Required by law
- Necessary to protect you or others from harm
- You provide explicit consent to share information
- Online Sessions
You understand that:
- Online sessions rely on digital platforms
- You are responsible for your own device security
- Encryptions reduce but cannot eliminate risk
- Intellectual Property
All content on the ENERGĒ Clinic website and within programmes—including documents, graphics, videos, and methods—is the property of RKHO CONSULTANCY LTD and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
- You participate in services at your own discretion and responsibility.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
